GMB WIGAN BRANCH STAGES DEMONSTRATION AT LIVERPOOL LAW COURTS ON FRIDAY 15th JULY 2011 AT 1PM IN PROTEST AT UNLAWFUL REPOSSESSION OF GMB MEMBERS PROPERTY
The legal system in Britain has offered no protection to a hard working GMB member who has been the victim of a miscarriage of justice, a victim of unprofessional conduct by legal and financial professionals and institutions, who have so far succeeded in covering up their misdeeds
GMB Wigan Branch is taking an active part in
the campaign for justice for GMB member Anne Dickson whose home
was unlawfully repossessed in 1998
after a long series of miscarriages of justice.
All attempts since then to get this miscarriage overturned have run into a brick wall. The Branch has now decided that a media campaign to bring the protractors of the miscarriages of justice and to secure compensation for Anne Dickson.
The demonstration will take place at:
1 P.m.on
FRIday 15th JULy 2011
outside the
Queen ELIZEBETH ii law courts
Derby square
Liverpool
L2 1xa
The slogans on the placards will be “Unlawful repossession – join our campaign for justice”.
John McEvoy, GMB Branch President of the GMB Wigan Branch said, “The GMB Wigan Branch has decided to stage this demonstration outside the Queen Elisabeth law courts in Liverpool to protest against the unlawful repossession of the house of GMB member Anne Dickson.
The Branch has decided to stage this demonstration to protest that the legal system in Britain has offered no protection to a hard working GMB member who has been the victim of a miscarriage of justice, a victim of unprofessional conduct by legal and financial professionals and institutions, who have so far succeeded in covering up their misdeeds.
The GMB Branch is demanding a full publienquiry into how this can happen. We are also demanding that Santander the current owners of Bradford and BingleyBuilding Society enter into discussion with Anne Dickson to compensate her for her financial loss and the damage that she has suffered.
The fact that a trade union Branch in the North of England is prepared to resort to demonstrations on the streets of Liverpool shows the strength of feeling about this case and the raw demands for justice that will not be silenced.”

Dear Mr. Cameron,
I refer to my letter of the 10th
July 2010 and the prompt
response from your office,
whereby you considered "the i
ssues raised would best dealt
with, by the Ministry of Justice" where I was informed it was subsequently referred to.
I write now, to advise you that
to date there has been no acknowledgement whatsoever
from the Ministry of Justice. therefore, I would appreciate
your further intervention on my behalf.
May I also take this opportunity
to direct you to my website, www.unlawfulrepossession

yours sincerely
Mrs. Anne Dickson.
